On the Road

My exhibition On the Road dealt with circulation in mazes, the labyrinths of life. The greatest entity consists of a labyrinth made of ceramic tiles and of its guardian, the Minotaur. In addition, the multi-layered world of mazes is dealt with smaller, game-like works of art.

Exhibition guests are welcome to go round my virgin dance work. You also have permission to touch the game-like works. My works have been concerned, for a long while, with the relation between the watcher and the work, and how the artistic experience is taking shape in the action of the watcher/player. In my opinion the understanding of a work comprehends physical action, as well.
